Reem Developers built Nalaya Villas as the only villa community on Al Reem Island, set at the southern tip of Najmat Abu Dhabi. The name means abundance of water, which suits a scheme built along the Gulf coast with its own stretch of beach. RSP Middle East acted as consultant on the development. Forty-two homes sit in low-rise clusters, giving the community a quieter character than the island's tower districts.

Hazza Bin Zayed Street and Al Shaheed Ali Khalifa Al Mesmari Street connect the island to the mainland. Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is around ten minutes, Mangrove National Park twenty and Zayed International Airport thirty.

Nalaya Villas remains the only villa community built on Al Reem Island, and no further villa development is planned nearby.
